School Message Background

 "We Aim High"

We are a Roman Catholic School within the Archdiocese of New York administered by the Pastor of the Parish, Msgr. John M. McCarthy, in collaboration with the Principal and faculty. We adhere to policies formulated by the Archdiocesan office for Parish Schools. With extensive collaboration and input from parents, we strive to imbue every child with religious and moral values in an entirely Catholic Christian environment. We believe these values foster strong academic activity, promote personal responsibility and lead to informed and dedicated citizenship.

As a Roman Catholic School, our mission is to help bring about the kingdom of God. This is done primarily by teaching and proclaiming God's word to our children, and providing an atmosphere where the climate of learning is permeated by the spirit of God's word. Our goal is to produce wholesome, knowledgeable, disciplined, responsible, and active young men and women, who will contribute to the growth of the church and society in all aspects of life. The intellectual development of the student is an ongoing process and a reflection of individuality which increases in level of difficulty commensurate with chronological development.

May St. Patrick guard you wherever you go and guide you in whatever you do.
And may his loving protection be a blessing to you always.
May the road rise to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face.
The rains fall soft upon your fields and,
Until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of his hand.
