TUITION POLICY FOR ST. PATRICK’S SCHOOL  2024-2025

Parishioners:
One Child…… $5,910 Yearly 
  Two Children…$8,403 Yearly
  Three or more Children..$9,650 Yearly

We require a minimum Church Contribution of $400.00 per year from
registered parishioners. All payments are due by December 1st.

  Two Children........$8,945 Yearly
  Three or more Children....$10,220 Yearly

In addition to Tuition, a General Fee (includes books and technology) and a
per Family Fee (includes Fair Share, Security, and Super Raffle) are charged.

3 Full Days 7:50 am-2:10 pm $5,046
   2 Full Days - 7:50 am-2:10 pm $3,289

There is a $300.00 supply fee charged per student

1. Tuition is collected for St. Patrick's School through our tuition management company, Blackbaud Tuition.  Parents may choose to pay tuition annually, bi-annually, or monthly.
2. Parents may choose to pay through direct checking withdrawal or by check.
3. The financial stability of our school requires adequate cash flow so that receipts (tuition, etc.) and expenditures (teacher salaries, etc.) are balanced each month.  Neglect of tuition payments interferes seriously with these responsibilities.  Parents who do not pay the required tuition by the required due dates will be charged a $40.00 late fee by Smart Tuition.
4. Tuition payments must be met according to the terms stated above if parents wish their children to continue at St. Patrick’s School.
5. Re-registration of all students for the next academic year will take place in early January. Parents will be notified of the exact date.  All school-related bills must be paid before re-registration.  A non-refundable fee of  $75 per child will be required on the re-registration date. $100 per family is the maximum re-registration fee
6. PARENTS ARE REMINDED TO READ CAREFULLY THE PARENT AGREEMENT CONCERNING CHURCH CONTRIBUTIONS.  WEEKLY PAYMENTS AMOUNTING TO $400.00 FOR CHURCH CONTRIBUTIONS MUST BE COMPLETE BY DECEMBER 1. NEW FAMILY MUST COMPLETE CONTRIBUTIONS IN THE AMOUNT OF $200.00 BY DECEMBER 1st.**
7. All payments must be paid before admission to class.  See the handbook regarding requirements for late payments. (NO EXCEPTIONS).

**AS PER SCHOOL POLICY NO  EXAMINATIONS ARE ADMINISTERED/ REPORT CARDS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED UNTIL AMOUNTS ARE PAID IN FULL.  IF AMOUNTS DUE ARE NOT PAID IN A TIMELY MANOR, AMOUNTS WILL BE ADDED TO BLACKBAUD TUITION INVOICE.   PARISHIONERS WHO DO NOT COMPLY WITH THIS REQUIREMENT WILL LOSE THE OPTION OF PAYING CHURCH CONTRIBUTIONS IN WEEKLY ENVELOPES AND WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY AS NON-PARISHIONERS.  PLEASE DO NOT WAIT FOR A REMINDER.  KEEP A RECORD OF YOUR WEEKLY DONATIONS.



Kindergarten Waiting List

We had a large number of children on our Kindergarten Waiting List for the last two years. In order that we may admit children from this list in a fair manner we are initiating a “Point System” to give priority to those who are more connected to the parish and the school.

SUMMARY OF FAIR SHARE POLICY

Each family will be required to pay a mandatory Fair Share fee.  The Fair Share fee covers dues for the Parent Organization and automatically makes you a member. Fair Share payments include one ticket to a designated Parent Organization function.

The concept of Fair Share makes all parents realize that they must take part in the fundraising activities of the school.
